Space Yoga Studios - Augusta

My very first yoga class experience was so enjoyable at Space Yoga Studios. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming!!! Beth was an awesome instructor making my first yoga experience very gratifying and fun. I will definitely return for more classes.

The people that work here are so welcoming and very friendly. I enjoy the services they provide and the comfortable environment they provide for us as well .

A mediocre class this Sunday morning. Here’s why: Sequencing was fairly decent, but the class would have benefitted from form suggestions and adjustments for folks that were struggling with the poses. The time spent on various positions were lopsided in terms of time spent on right and left sides. Finally, the acoustics of the room made it very hard to hear.

Really the best of the best. I attend Cat's class every Sunday morning and it's the perfect start to my week. I leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and my mind is at ease. She's by far my favorite instructor here, with Trevor & Allyson following close behind. The classes are very well thought out, and I always wish I had just a few more minutes with them. Keep up the good work Space!

I'm new to the area and all of the teachers at Space were so welcoming. The donation based aspect of this studio really sets it apart from others. I absolutely love the atmosphere in the studio as well. From beginner to advanced, I would recommend this studio to anyone who wishes to improve their yoga practice.
